Brixton's homepage was our opportunity to create a first impression for the brand's customers. Lifestyle photography promotes products and articles. Working with our front end team, we came up with a cool way to skin Brixton's Wednesdays on Wax playlist series.
PLP pages use model images on roll over to visualize how a product fits. Editorial tiles either pull users to other product styles, look books, or blog posts featuring similar products.
We tried to treat a PDP as an editorial page - showing the product in different day to day use-cases, and using the hero image as an opportunity to create an immersive first impression of the product.
Brixton makes use of lookbooks to show off their products. We tried to create a way in which their lookbooks can be treated as a true extension of the shopping process.
