Aid the customer in understanding the product categories and finding the right product for them.

We designed a tiered system that builds a user's knowledge of the product use cases the further into the site they explore. Building knowledge is ordered in a way that creates a clean user journey from identifying use case for their bike to helping them find a size that best fits them.

A tiered navigation system breaks down the type of riding from least to most complex groupings. Imagery on hover clarifies the use case until the final level, where a user can see the products in whole.

A simplified sizing calculator allows a customer to plug in their height and get the best size for them. Sizing based on height isn't exact, so the customer is also prompted to call in if they have questions based on body proportions. "Prosumers" can use the geometry tab to see the geometry of specific sizes of bikes.
